90% ads, 10% gameplay
I downloaded this app in the hopes that it would distract me and help battle my anxiety.
The concept of the game is lovely, building your own little peaceful island is a blast, but you'll realise very early in the game that you get nowhere without watching ads at every single move, - many times the quest itself is watching an ad (or you get the option of paying a high amount of money to skip like 10 ads but that'll give you about 10-15 minutes of undisturbed gameplay).
It really made me annoyed and lose interest in the game. They went waay overboard, like extremely overboard exploiting their users.
Not as “promised”
From visual side it’s really nice, but in every ad it’s presented as relaxing, quiet and slow, but it’s far from it.
“Click and collect”, its really fast, and pushing the leveling since the very beginning. The old method: very fast leveling in the befinning, than later you can buy different boosts.
It could be relaxing, or you could enjoy the art, if the game would give you time for it. Or maybe i’m too slow, so 3*
