Pack is lost
I Like this game so much, but sometimes it is turning out or freezing. I try to open the pack after the war, the game is freezing and the pack is lost without opening. when I restart the game, the pack didn’t comes back so I lost this pack. I’m little bit angry... 😠

Where's the superhero pve content?-It's not necessary at all, just buy packs if you want to play with.
Does the matchmaker always pit against people who are just beating you?-No problem, just buy a couple of improvements.(And then again, we throw in against people like.)
Do you have a bunch of lvl 1 legendary cards and do you never open from lockers or free packs?-Just buy more packs and maybe you'll have.
Do you have a bunch of ordinary cards but not enough resources? (just because it's made that way)-It's not a problem at all just buy a couple of packs and you might have something in it that you need. OR NOT.
It's funny on such a level that I'd even watch a series episode of it. But that's not what I would expect from a publisher of this size. I understand that it is a free mobile game, but someone took the Freemium Isn’t Free part too seriously.
Latest update / event broke the game completely
When opening the game, an empty “big offer” overlay comes up - no content, just the left-right arrows, no way to escape and get back to the home screen; nor to send in-game feedback. Same on both iPhone SE and iPad Air 2, iOS 13.2.
